I’m gonna tell you a secret.
When our daughter was born, my husband cried. He won’t admit it but he cried.
It was a rough labor for me. The epidural didn’t work. My daughter was stuck at her shoulders. And I was yelling every foul word I could think of at the nurse. Oh yeah and I was in pain. A lot of pain.
Finally my daughter was out. I was woozy and dizzy but refused to relax until I heard it. Why wasn’t I hearing it? Something was wrong!!!
Then I heard her cry. Such a beautiful sound. I leaned back and took a breath staring at her while they cleaned her.
Then my husband was hugging me, crying and telling me I did good and that she was beautiful. She was and still is. http://bit.ly/2yA4jtL
