After an interview for a job, the recruiter contacted me by e-mail to inform me of the rejection (for a post of freshly graduated software engineer). I responded with a brief e-mail stating that I would have liked to work in the company because of the interesting work, career advancement and value of their products. At the end, I politely thanked them for the opportunity that had been offered to me and which was the main one.
A week later, the recruiter called me back with an offer.
Most large companies have a systematic hiring process: a no is a no, and it is definitive. But you have to stay positive while doing the best you can, without any waiting. You have to work with people who have the power to influence things in the organization and to recognize them.
In fact, there is always some unknown in life.
